How To Make Pancake

Materials:

• 150 grams of flour 
• 250 ml of liquid white milk 
• 2 eggs, separate the egg yolk with its white. 
• Margarine 
• A little salt 

Topping:

• Ice Cream 
• Sweet syrup 

How to Make:

1. Combine flour, salt, egg yolks and milk into a small bowl, and stir until the dough becomes smooth. 
2. Shake white egg using a fork, and then pour into the mixture little by little while stirring. 
3. Heat Teflon over low heat, then rubbed with the margarine. 
4. Pour approximately 2.5 tablespoons of mixture into Teflon, and then close for a while. 
5. When the mixture is rather cooked and its edge is already slightly hardened, reverse the mixture. 
6. Pour all the mixture into Teflon and do it as the same process above. 
7. Once cooked, lift and serve pancakes on a serving plate. 
8. Then add the sweet syrup and ice cream on its top as a sweetener. 
9. Pancakes are ready to be served.
